Before you schedule an appointment, please read our booking rules

  • When booking an appointment online, please make sure that you complete the booking process before navigating away from the site. If you do not see a page that says "Your appointment is requested" or receive a notification via email and/or text message to confirm your appointment, your booking is not complete. If you are unsure please contact your stylist to check the status of your appointment.

  • Our stylists operate independently, so booking rules may vary from stylist to stylist. If you have any questions about your appointment, or need to cancel or reschedule, please contact your stylist directly.

  • If this is your fist time getting a haircut with us, please book the “First Time Client Haircut” option to give your stylist a little extra time to get to know you and your hair.

  • If this is your first time getting color with us, please book a consultation prior to booking your service. You may book your consultation online or email us to see if a phone or email consultation is suitable for you.

  • A 50% deposit is required for services over $300 for first time clients or those who have a history of no-shows.

  • If you’re planning on radically changing your style, please book the “Haircut with extra time” option to give your stylist extra time to really dial it in.

  • If you’re planning on radically changing your hair color, please book a consultation or contact your stylist directly so we can advise you on how to book your appointment. 

  • We do our best work when your hair arrives down, styled as you normally wear it and, if you’re getting color, free of heavy products. 

  • Bang trims are $25. Book them by contacting your stylist directly.

  • We request that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel, at least 48 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel after that, you will be charged 50% of the appointment price. No call, no shows will be charged the full appointment price.

  • If you’re running late, text or call your stylist so they know that you’re on your way. If your stylist’s schedule allows for flexibility, they will do their best to fit you in when you arrive. If that is not possible, you will be asked to reschedule and you will be charged 50% of the appointment price. 

  • If you’re ever unsure how to book, don’t panic! Just call, text, or email your stylist directly (or email the owners) and we’ll be happy to guide you through the process.
